AFTERNOON COOKING WITH GIUSI IN HER TUSCAN KITCHEN

On request guests can spend time with Giusi in a cooking class which starts at 4 pm in her large kitchen, where they will prepare mouthwatering Italian dishes
, followed by a delicious and entertaining dinner party around 7.30 pm. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from, such as fried zucchini flowers, bruschetta and crostini selections, parmigiana, homemade pastas, gnocchi or polenta, all of which can be seasoned with ragu' bolognese
, pommarola, carbonara, and arrabbiata sauces. For the main course there's a choice of roast lamb, pork or fowl prepared in the traditional Tuscan manner, veal and beef scaloppine, to go with home grown truffles or porcini mushroom. Desserts include the famous Tiramisu, Torta della Nonna, Fruit tarts, Panna cotta, Castagnaccio, Strufoli and Stracci.
